GM Prime Construction and Development Inc. is a Philippine construction and development company built from real hands-on experience. We began by building and renovating our own houses, condominiums, and private properties — giving us a practical understanding of quality workmanship, cost control, space planning, and long-term property value. As a prime construction company in the Philippines, we combine a developer's perspective with hands-on construction expertise — delivering quality workmanship, cost control, and long-term property value on every project.
Over time, we expanded into Airbnb and income-generating properties, learning how to design, renovate, and develop spaces that are functional, attractive, durable, and commercially viable. Today, GM Prime has grown into a prime construction contractor serving Cavite, Batangas, and Metro Manila — including commercial and industrial construction for Cavite Biofuel Producers Inc. and project involvement with Ortigas Land Inc. on a high-end beach housing development in Batangas.
